Screen Printing

Also known as silk-screening, this is the traditional method used to print most clothing that requires a logo, or text. Screen-printing is a vibrant, yet economical option for customizing any type of textile. VC has in-house screen printing capabilities and can turn almost any job around in under a week. Rush service available (20% surcharge).

While most of our printed colours are mixed to match our QuickDry colour palette; we will also be happy to match any Pantone colour for you too. If there is a specific pantone that you would like to match, please submit it with you artwork - we will match is as best we can!

New Art Set-up - Each color in each design is subject to a screen set up fee of $30. (Per design, per location)

Repeat Art Set-up - All designs are kept on file for future use. The fee to reuse an existing screen is $10. ($15 if fewer than 12 shirts are being printed. Orders under 12 units are subject to a $5 minimum run charge per colour in each design being printed).

Pantone Colour Matching - Need a very specific colour printed, that does not match any of our 30 QuickDry colours? Unfortunately we have to pass on a $5 mixing charge, as it is a time-consuming process.

Per Unit Pricing

Our preferred format for receiving artwork is Adobe Illustrator (version 10.0 or lower), or Corel Draw (version 9.0 or lower). PC and Mac formats are both acceptable.

Digital designs submitted in different file formats (.jpeg, .gif, .bmp, .tiff, etc.) may be subject to art charges, depending upon the complexity of the design.

If your logo has been rendered in a program such as Adobe Photoshop, please save your art at a high resolution to preserve the sharpness of the lines in the images.

All faxed or other hard copies of designs will have to be re-drawn by our graphic designers for the printing process, and will be subject to art charges of $20/hour CAD.
