How much does standard shipping cost?

VC Ultimate ships orders via UPS or Canada Post, or through a local courier company if
the order is staying within the Greater Toronto Area.

• Within the GTA: $10 courier charge.
• Within Canada: $1 - $1.75 per item, depending on total quantity and province.
• U.S.A.: $1.50 - $2.00 per item, depending on total quantity. Expedited 2-Day shipping is
standard for most orders.
• Europe and Australia: approx $4 per item.

Rush Shipping is available for all shipments. There is generally a $20 upgrade within
Canada to upgrade your shipping to UPS’s Express or 2-Day service.

Overnight shipping to the US is also available. The surcharge is usually about
$30-60, depending on package size and shipping zip code. Contact VC Ultimate any
time for a specific quote.

How do I know if the garment I order will fit me correctly?

For questions about sizing, please view our size charts. If you are still unsure about
how an item will fit, we will sell you a sample of the garment style that you are
interested in, which you can then return within 30 days for a full refund, as long as the
garment is in good, clean condition upon return.

VC Ultimate sales staff are knowledgeable about the sizing of all of our products – feel

How do I know what colors my garment will be?

We are happy to send you fabric swatches of our materials at no charge. Contact VC
Ultimate with the materials and colours that you would like to see, as well as your
mailing address. We are also able to provide Pantone reference numbers for all of our
materials upon request.

What is VC Ultimate's return policy?

At VC we want you to enjoy wearing your ultimate gear as much as we enjoy making it.
If you are not completely satisfied with our product, VC Ultimate will repair it, replace it,
or refund your money.

Quality issues must be brought to VC Ultimate’s attention within 10 days of your gear
being delivered.

I don’t like the color of my custom jerseys… can I return them?

Unfortunately, no.

Producing custom gear is a complicated process, and sometimes misconceptions
can occur. For example, material colors will vary from the color on your computer
screen from time to time, as every monitor shows colors differently. We recommend
that you request a free material swatch if the exact shade and color of your jersey is
essential, or that we send you a style example if you have a very particular idea of what
you want your jersey to look like.

The information on our website is as close to real life as possible, but we’re here to
help with as much information as you need to make an informed decision before
placing your order, to make sure that your expectations are met.

My jersey is too small/big… can you send me a new one?

There are no returns on custom gear, since it has been made especially for you. You
are welcome to exchange any in-stock, blank garments for a different size, provided
that your garment is unworn and in saleable and perfectly clean condition.

What is your minimum order?

Our minimum order is 12 units of any style. You may mix any combination of men’s
and women’s sizes (XS - XXL) within those 12 units, as long as they are the exact
same style.

We can manufacture less than 12 units of a style but there will likely be a surcharge
on the regular price of these garments.

Surcharge schedule:
1-5 units: 50%
6-7 units: 20%

There are no manufacturing minimums for our standard solid Classic jersey since we
place orders for this style almost daily – we recommend that you choose this simpler
style of you anticipate needing just a few jerseys printed up again in the future.

If you are screen printing your Classic jerseys, you will still have to pay the Screen
Printing Surcharge (max $10) for orders under 12 units.

Why do you surcharge smaller orders?

It takes basically as much time to set-up, cut and sew 4 units as it does 12 units, so
these surcharges make up for the inefficiencies of smaller orders.

What is your minimum reorder?

For reorders under 12 units, production surcharges as outlined above will apply. If
you anticipate having to pick up a few units each year for new players, you may want
to consider ordering our Classic jersey.

What is your minimum order for screen printing?

The minimum for screen printing is also 12 units. We can print less than 12 units
however a charge of $3.50 for each item short of the 12 units will apply, to a
maximum of $10 per logo being printed.

Is it possible to split my order between short sleeve and sleeveless versions of
the same style?

It is not a problem to order two different styles of garment for the same team,
however if there are less than 12 units of either garment style there will be a 20-50%
surcharge on those units.

Short sleeve and sleeveless versions of the same style, as well as neck types
(crew and v-neck), are different styles, so these variations may affect you being able
to meet the minimum quantity requirements for regular pricing.

Can I change my order once it is placed?

In order to make sure that your order is completed exactly correct, we strongly
prefer that you not make any changes to your order once it has been placed.

You are welcome to make an order change request with customer service at any
time – if we can help, we certainly will. However, once an order enters production,
it will often cause delays to make any changes.

How long will it take for my order to be finished?

All timelines are based on 100% order approval – not from when you submit your
order. We want to make sure that your order is perfect, so please allow 1-2 days
from order submission for us to verify all of your details, and respond with the
appropriate forms to confirm.

a) In-stock / cotton / hat orders: Printed and ready to ship in 3-10 business days.
b) VC Ultimate Card Deal orders: Made to your specifications, printed and ready to
ship in 12-18 business days.
c) Custom orders: 10-15 business days for manufacturing (seasonally dependant)
and 4-5 days for printing.
d) Sublimation orders: Approx. 3-4 weeks.

Please check with VC Ultimate during peak season months (May through August)
to verify a timeline for your order.

Can VC Ultimate do rush orders?

Orders guaranteed more quickly than the standard timelines are considered rush
orders, and may or may not be accepted by VC Ultimate depending on our current
workload. If a rush order is accepted it will be subject to a 25% surcharge on the
order total.

Can VC Ultimate print my logo on the shirts?

Absolutely, in fact most of the team uniforms we produce require printing. Our
printing facilities are in-house, allowing VC Ultimate to be extremely flexible with
regards to your special requests.

How do I specify print colors for my logo?

The most exact way of specifying colors for a logo is to use Pantone reference
numbers, which are the industry standard method of communicating color
choices.

If you do not have access to a Pantone reference book, please match the colors
in your art file as closely as possible to how you would like the finished print to
look. If you do not specify Pantone values, we will use our standard printing
colours based on your colour description.

Please note that specific print colours may be subject to a $5-$10 mixing fee as
it is a time-consuming process.

Does VC Ultimate keep my logo on file?

Yes, we do keep records of all team logos that have been used for previous
orders. If you reorder jerseys with the same logo as a previous order, the screen
set-up charge is cut in half ($15 vs $30).

Why is there a screen set-up fee for existing designs?

Setting up art for screen printing is a two stage process. First, the art is color
separated, rendered in the appropriate format, and then printed on to special film.
The same film can be used for orders over and over again.

The second stage is when the film is used to shoot the physical screen. The
screens are blasted out again for reuse after every job, meaning that this stage
has to be repeated for every run of the print job.

How large can my logo be?

Our screens are capable of printing logos up to 14" wide x about 14" tall. If you
have multiple designs for the same shirt, and if these designs will not fit within
the size of our screen, then separate screens will be required for each design.

Alternatively, if you have two chest logos, you may very likely be able to print
both of them on the same screen. We are happy to work with you to figure out
what is the best method to get your desired results.

What is acceptable artwork?

Our preferred format for art files is Adobe Illustrator. High resolution .jpeg, or
.tiff files may also be acceptable, depending upon the sharpness of the lines
and the simplicity of the design.

How much would it cost to have VC Ultimate render my logo?

Our art charges for rendering logos are $40/hour, with a minimum one hour
charge. To determine whether or not your logo will require rendering in order
to be printed, or to get a quote for the rendering of the design, please email
your logo to us at info@vcultimate.com with "Art Check" as the subject
heading.

Why can't you view the correct font for my artwork?

If you have drawn your team logo (with text) in a vector-based program, and
we do not have the font used installed on the VC Ultimate computers, the
original font will be automatically replaced with a substitute when we open
the file.

In Adobe Illustrator, here are the steps for preserving your font:

• Select the text in your illustration with the black arrow tool.
• Go to the "Type" drop-down menu at the top of the page and select "Create
Outlines". This will turn your text into an image.
• Re-save the art file and send it back to us.

How do I send VC Ultimate my artwork?

Digital copies of your artwork can be emailed to us at info@vcultimate.com,
with "Artwork" as the subject heading.

If you only have a hard copy of your artwork (think black Sharpie on white
paper), please scan the logo and email it to us and we'll see what we can do!

Can you do a test print of my logo before the shirts are printed?

We can do test prints of your design, but it would be considered a small
special order and surcharges would apply. Feel free to discuss your
concerns with your VC Ultimate Rep, and we will figure out if a test really is
required, and if so what the cost would be to produce a single test item.

How long can custom names be?

Custom names can be up to 12-14 characters long (including spaces).
Names longer than 12-14 characters may require two lines of text, and
therefore two charges.

What sizes can custom numbers be?

Numbers are generally available in 3", 6" and 8”. Different fonts and
materials come in different sizes, so check out the numbers section of our
site to see specifics.

VC Ultimate’s default font choices are:
a) Jerseys: 6” Champ
b) Shorts: 3” Champ

What fonts are available for custom numbers and names?

The only font available for printed numbers is athletic block. Any font you
like can be used for custom names, but we must review all custom
screen printed name orders before accepting them. The time required
and the risk of printing custom names is very high, so not every job can be
accepted.

What happens if the colors of my garment bleed?

In the unlikely event of color bleeding - either fabric colors, or print colors -
we will take one of the following steps:

a) discount your order, or
b) replace the discolored garments

Contact VC Ultimate within 10 days of your order being delivered to report
any bleeding issues. Please include a photo with your message.

We recommend washing your jerseys before wearing them, when
possible. Wash inside-out, in cold water, and hang to dry.

What happens if my garment shrinks during printing?

In the event that your garment shrinks to an unacceptable degree during
the printing process we will take one of the following steps:

a) discount your order, or
b) replace the shrunken garments

What happens if my garment is misprinted?

In the event that there is a problem with either the quality or the detail of
the printing on your garment, we will take one of the following steps:

a) discount your order,
b) replace the misprinted garments

Every order is checked before it is shipped, so if there is an issue with
print quality, you will be advised before we ship your order.

In the event that we miss a problem in our check, please contact VC
Ultimate within 10 days of your order being delivered. Please include a
photo with your message.

How should I care for my VC Ultimate gear?

All VC Ultimate products should be washed in cold water prior to being
worn for athletic activity. Wash garments inside-out and hang to dry - do
not dry-clean!!

What are VC Ultimate's payment terms?

Payment is required to officially begin processing your order. If you are sending
a cheque, it must arrive before we ship your order.

We do accept school purchase orders and will accept the payment terms of your
educational institution.

How should I give you my payment information?

Please do not send us credit card information in the body of an email. The
safest way of providing us with your credit card number is either to give us a call
toll-free at 1-866-844-2511 (+1-416-588-4154), or our customer service
department will contact you when processing your order.

We accept cheque, money order, wire transfer, email transfer of funds from a
