What is your minimum order? |
| | Our minimum order is 12 units of any style, however you may choose whatever size breakdown you like within these 12 units (sizes XS - XXL). |
| | We can manufacture less than 12 units of a style for a new order, however there will be a 20% surcharge on the regular price of these garments. If you require less than 6 units, unfortunately a 50% surcharge will apply. |

| | If you have ordered from us in the past, and need a few units to supplement your existing uniforms, our minimum order is 6 units |

| | Order details can be changed up to 4 days after they have been confirmed with your VC representative. |

| | The most exact way of specifying colors for a logo is to use Pantoneﾮ reference numbers, which are the industry standard method of communicating color choices |
| | If you do not have access to a Pantoneﾮ reference book, please match the colors in your art file as closely as possible to how you would like the finished print to look |
| | If you do not specify Pantoneﾮ values, our printers will determine the print colors by mixing the inks to match your art file |

| | Yes, we keep records of all team logos that we print |

| | Our art charges for rendering logos are $20/hour, with a minimum one hour charge (most logos can be rendered in under two hours) |

Why can't you view the correct font for my artwork? |
| | If you have drawn your team logo (with text) in a vector-based program, but we do not have the font used installed on the VC computers, then when we open your file on our computer the original font will be automatically replaced with a substitute |

| | Select the text in your illustration with the black arrow tool |
| | Go to the "Type" drop-down menu at the top of the page |
| | Select "Create Outlines", which will turn your text into an image |
