VC is excited to work with teams across the country to support their Ultimate programs completely – from team uniforms to team-hosted tournaments. If your team is running a tournament with 40+ teams, VC would love the opportunity to merchandise your event. Schedules get a bit crazy throughout the winter/spring season, so unfortunately we can’t make it to every event we’d like, but please do send us your tournament details – we’re excited to check it out!

VC Ultimate Considerations

- VC requests a dedicated covered space (10’ x 20’ is ideal, but two 10’ x 10’ pop-up tents suffice) and two tables to create a merchandise area
- If the tournament has compensated hotel rooms, it would be much appreciated to provide one for VC’s event staff for Friday and Saturday night VC logo on the home page of the tournament website and VC Team Deals listed in the Sponsor’s section
- Two messages sent to team contacts on VC’s behalf (can be incorporated in to other correspondence) promoting the VC Team Deals and a third message thanking teams for their support at the event

The main consideration we ask for is that the hosting team be wearing VC uniforms. It’s really important to us that the teams whose events we’re supporting are sporting VC jerseys. It says something to the teams attending your tournament, and to the teams that you meet throughout the year. If you’re wearing a competitor’s jerseys, it’s a pretty clear indication that you prefer another supplier to VC, which sends a mixed message to the teams at your tournament. By offering you up to 50% off on your uniforms, hopefully we’re helping make that decision easier for your team.
