Custom Order Discounts
Your VC Card entitles you to a discount of at least 10% on your order of VC custom gear. The total number of units as listed in the following chart refers to the total number of units per category. For example, if you order 55 light jerseys, 55 dark jerseys and 55 pairs of shorts, you would qualify for a 20% discount on your jerseys and a 15% discount on your shorts.

Depending on the time of the year, we can have any of these options custom-made and screen printed for you in about 3 weeks - faster if we have your desired shirt and colours in stock (printing time is 4-5 days). Check in with VC at any time and we will be happy to take you through our current in-stock options.
The process of Cyclical Ordering allows VC to batch together teams orders, thus achieving cost reductions due to bulk purchasing.
Orders must be confirmed by the agreed upon date to avoid being delayed until the next round of orders is placed.
A minimum order of 12 units totally (mixing men’s and women’s sizes is fine, but you must have at least 6 of each gender in your order).
* All units in an order must be the same sleeve type. You can mix short sleeve and sleeveless units only on orders placed April 30th. These orders will be shipped the 3rd week of May.
* All printing details must be described on your order form (including listing numbers and names) and final art submitted at time of order.
* In-stock order timeline: 1 week. We will contact you within 1-2 days of receiving your order form to verify stock.
* Custom order timeline: 2-4 weeks, depending on your uniform request.
